Delete your 500KG account

Delete immediately in the app

   Sign in to 500KG.

   Open the Profile tab and select Delete Account near the bottom.

   Read the deletion notice and complete the final confirmation.

Your session closes after the server confirms success. Deletion cannot be reversed and existing records cannot be recovered.

Request deletion on the web

If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send a request using the email link below. This is the external Google Play deletion pathway and does not require reinstalling the app.

• Subject: 500KG account deletion request
• Body: the email used for your 500KG account
• Do not send a password, identity document, workout record, or health information.

We may reply to the registered email to verify account ownership. After verification, we process the request without undue delay and confirm completion.

What is deleted

• Supabase Auth identity, email, and account ID
• Profile, onboarding, body, and condition information
• Workouts, sets, routines, personal records, and notes
• XP, quests, badges, inventory, and character progress
• Device push tokens and legal-document consent records
• Legacy exercise photos and related rows under the account path, if present

Timing and limited remnants

In-app deletion completes only after the server successfully removes stored files, app data, and the authentication identity. Web requests are processed without undue delay after ownership verification.

If law requires separate retention, only the required information is isolated for that period. Limited backup or security-log copies separated from ordinary service may remain until the provider's normal overwrite or deletion cycle and are not used to reactivate the deleted account.

Before deleting

• Your account and workout records cannot be recovered after deletion.
• Use the in-app data export first if needed. The current export is workout-focused, not a complete copy of every account field.
• The free v1 release has no paid subscription or purchase to cancel.
• An email request can be withdrawn in the same thread before completion, but not after deletion is complete.
